They consider barnacles a delicacy and these little creatures attach themselves to the orca’s bodies while in salt water. Barnacles remain in place until the orca return home to Idaho. The barnacles taste delicious after being plucked and barbecued for orca pod gatherings!” Vickie lives on our 440-acre Cedar Mountain Farm in North Idaho. Surrounded by mountains and hay fields and wild flora and fauna, the forested farm offers dramatic clouds, scenic vistas, a rustic pond and rippling creek, and outdoor family adventures. Vickie is at home with rabbits, chickens, horses, sheep and goats, and loves to introduce them to guests of all ages.
