I drew this on paper with sketch pencil and colored pencils inspired by both my sons. My youngest son is a toddler and my oldest son is a teen/young adult. I thought about their individuality, individual uniqueness and authenticity. My oldest son is bi-racial and so is the male subject in this artwork. This is a natural expression of both my sons. The look in the male's eyes shows the power of male strength, greatness, vulnerability, calmness, looking into the future.
