The Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, was a towering bronze statue of the sun god Helios that once stood at the entrance of Rhodes harbor. Though it no longer exists, it remains a symbol of ancient Greek engineering, mythology, and maritime power.
