Crucified Christ (Jesus on the Cross) (by Goya) ネクタイ

This design features a painting by the Spanish Romantic artist Francisco Goya (1746–1828). It shows the crucifixion of Jesus, and Christians believe that his death was a sacrifice for humanity's sins. Jesus' suffering and redemptive death by crucifixion are the central aspects of Christian theology concerning the traditional doctrines of salvation and atonement. The events that occured at the end of Christ's life are collectively known as the Passion of Jesus. Goy's oil-on-canvas painting was first completed in 1780, and now forms part of the permanent collection of the Prado Museum in Madrid, the capital city of Spain.
