The Cuban Tody is a tiny bird but extremely colorful and despite its look it is not a hummingbird. Weighing less than 6 grams and size of only a fraction over 4 inches its one of those blink and you'll miss it, which is why I put one on wall art so you can admire him in your home, looks great on any wall and I'm sure a conversation point. The Cuban Tody is exclusive to Cuba and surrounding islands, so you may not have ever seen one before. There are five types of Tody but only the Cuban Tody has all three colors, whereas the other four only have a combination of pink, baby blue, and/or yellow making this one quite unique. The Cuban Tody consumes quite a lot of food in relation to its size and they eat small fruits, spiders, insects and even small lizards.
