The Forest is my Cathedral. In Japan, lately there has been a movement called "shinrin-yoku", literally forest-bathing. Walking in a forest soothes the mind, it produces a notion of protection and, if you´re still and perceptive enough, a feeling of belonging. Being in the Forest means returning to our roots and taking time off from the hassle and bustle of daily chores. It´s about reconnecting with Nature as well as appreciating an ecological viewpoint.
