it has been more than 100 years to be modernized and civilized in these developed society, and people living in such world has been living in convinient and blessed world, but in stead of living in such world, we have been losing something in this generation and make the world more complicated. so I guess it is now time to change our mindset toward more culture rather than civilization. That is my intention to label 文化開明, which means, Bloom the culture (no more civilization behind the meaning of 文化開明）
