No funding, no cures シール

Everybody gets a turn. Whether its cancer, or sclerosis, or COPD, or CHF, or diabetes, or hypertension, or Alzheimer's, or any one of a thousand other diseases, eventually the wolf comes to *your* door. How bad of a time you're going to have depends entirely on what we can do about it. The treatments that exist -- and ones that don't but one day might -- didn't just fall out of the sky. They were made possible by smart people working long hours in some windowless university laboratory. That research requires funding, a truth many don't seem to understand anymore. They will. Eventually.
