Years ago, my Pug developed an illness that filled my heart with sorrow. I began to think about how much time I had left to enjoy her presence. She was the furry sunshine of our family. In a quiet moment, as she slept by my side, I felt the need to draw what my heart whispered to me. Seeing my Pug's innocence and joyful presence, my dream was to see her happy and healthy forever. I feel every fur baby is like an angel we are blessed with to fill our hearts, and teach us to be better people. I like to believe that when our fur babies can no longer be with us in this world, their new home will be a heavenly place. In that special place they will feel eternal love and joy. My simple drawing, which I made with much love, represents a wish. A memory of sweet footprints an innocent creature can leave in one's heart. Over time I've been asked to add other breeds. Therefore, with much love, I added other fur babies to be embraced by the angel. An angel who now embraces my sweet Pug girl. In my prayers and dreams, every fur baby who must leave our world, has a heavenly home that awaits with open arms, filled with everlasting love.
