Siegfried fighting the Dragon

In the medieval cycle of epic German legendary poems Song of the Nibelungs the hero Siegfried kills the Dragon to free Kriemhild. The events of the Saga are related to many places in modern Europe: Germany, Austria, Hungary, Iceland, Switzerland, France , more precisely , North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Bavaria, Lower Austria. The cities mentioned are: Worms, Xanten, Santen, Passau, Pöchlarn, Esztergom, Tulln an der Donau, Vienna, Geneva, Lyon.
