I watch Weatherman Bill 'cause he does better fake weather reports than The Weather Channel. Weatherman Bill from Surfside Beach, SC (Facebook page) all started during Hurricane Florence, September 14, 2018 in South Carolina, when a weather reporter faked trying to stand in the wind while two young men walked behind him without incident. Bill made his own weather report, and people still call him Weatherman Bill.
