Artemis II to Launch Pad

Artemis II is the mission that will return us to the vicinity of the Moon after a lapse of over 50 years. Updated technology includes the SLS Space Launch System rocket and Orion spacecraft capsule. Here, at sunset, the NASA crawler-transporter moves the assembled Artemis II to launch complex 39B where it is readied for final countdown and its historic journey around the Moon.
