Avro Vulcan B.2

Avro Vulcan B.2 (XH558) is a jet-powered strategic nuclear bomber with a delta-wing design that was used by the Royal Air Force. The aircraft is pictured flying over Marshalls Airfield in Cambridge City, England, and was named "The Spirit of Great Britain." It was delivered to the RAF in July 1960 and retired from service in 1992. The photo was taken by Terence Burke.
