Backgrounds for Don Quixote, Cartoon animation

More than 3000 backgrounds were created for the Don Quixote cartoon animation series. The originals are painted on heavy cardboard using gouache paintings applied with brush and air-brush. The complete collection is an amazing portrait of Spain (Don Quixote's route) in the XVI-XVII century Spain, every deatil was subject to study in order to avoid anachronisms.
