There's exactly one design. There are different ink colors. I didn't realize that the shirt colors would be pickable after I made the 'product' because I missed there was a button for that, except - maybe - for the black ink? I believe you should - for most of these - pick nearly any product to take the design - different shirt models especially. If you want an ink color on a item you aren't able to customize, let me (JB) know and I'll create a product for it.
