Catholic Vantage is a pictorial research project that explores the representation of (mainly) catholic figures, artefacts, buildings, shrines etc. (Jesus, Maria, Popes, holy men & women, church buildings etc.) in terms of their perceived (universal) beauty & power, the struggle between man and woman (God as the holy father and Maria as the holy mother) and of course sexuality, politics within Christianity. The pictures are fun, colourful and look great hanging on your wall!
