Comforter, Savior

This image came to me during one of the darkest times of my life. I was so sick and crying out to God when this beautiful face began to appear to me in the darkness of my room. It lingered with me until I fell into a deep healing sleep. Although I am not an artist, I knew I had to try and capture the face on paper. The next day as my hand was guided across the page the beautiful face began to come alive again. Both the drawing and the painting speak very deeply to me. I pray that they speak to you also.
