Culpeper Collection

Nicolas Culpeper created a book of herbal remedies in the 17th century. My grandfather had an original copy of that book, dated 1681. As a botanical illustrator I used pages of the book, describing the uses of different herbs, as backgrounds for the botanical illustration of some herbs.
