Daydream Artifacts

Do afternoon naps produce stranger dreams? I don't wake in the morning and immediately have to search the Internet for the subject of a night dream. Daydreams leave strange artifacts in my brain that relate to things that I don't remember ever actually knowing or learning about. Inevitably, I find them somewhere in the real world.
