Girls in the Gym

The girls keep in shape by regular visits to the gym and with different levels of flexibilty their routines are slightly varied. With lots of stretching and balance exercises they most of all try to have fun while keeping fit. Sometimes they can get a bit competitive but it's all in good spirits with each encouraging the others to do just that little bit better. Often a friend joins in as an instructor to help them and keep them on track.
