Practicing gratitude every day leads to a positive outlook and a happier life. Whether it's big things (i.e. "I got a promotion!" or small moments (i.e. "I had the most delicious cup of coffee this morning."), make a habit of writing down at least five things that you are grateful to have experienced each day and see what a difference it makes!
