Miami-Dade county has a large Cuban population. As well as many people from all Latin American countries. As a result Miami has a globally unique culture that is heavily influenced by the mix. It's one reason this artist wanted to move to Miami in the first place. And wanted to celebrate the beauty and brilliance of Miami's distinctive night life.
