American Roadgeek

"American Roadgeek" is an ongoing recreation of highway culture past and present... particularly through signage. Your humble designer began studying highway infrastructure at age two, and noticed over time that while people may not recollect the details of what they see along their daily drives, they do tend to recognize the suggestive elements of home when represented with precision, even if the short-of-familiar signs are long gone. What makes this store a little different is that your designer considers the wear-and-tear of actual road-signs part of their charm, revealing their history. In this store, the mundane details of your journeys become art.
