I love writing books for kids who are still young and innocent and still like reading books and playing with toys. The kids in my books are sweet and real, sometimes crazy, sometimes geeky, sometimes in trouble, sometimes very good - always full of life. My characters are multicultural -they come from all over the world - London, Ireland, China, the Caribbean and Africa for starters. An author friend of mine taught me that kids love merchandise. After readng a book they like to keep in touch with the charactrs- a spiral bound notebook of a cute pencil is ideal.
