I started my Watercolor journey July 2020 during the pandemic at the age of 64. It brings me mental and emotional joy and strength to be able to paint some of my beloved pets, animals, birds and bugs from the nature of our yard. Painting strengthens me mentally, emotionally, even though sometimes it can be stressful and confusing. It has given me purpose and something to look forward to and has helped me step out of my comfort zone and try something new and scary. It helps me view the ordinary world around me in a unique way. I also paint Acrylic, Mixed Media and Photography.
