Birthday_Stationery

I am an Edinburgh based artist from Iceland and I studied at the Edinburgh College of Art. My paintings are held in the private collections in Iceland, the UK, Denmark, Germany and the USA. My preferred medium is oil. The artworks I create are result of contemplation and careful study of nature. The process of painting to me is an attempt to capture the fleeting moments of harmony in the world around me. I am often inspired by the classic music. Pola.B.Alex is an abbreviation of my names.
