Due to Elder Council Edict, Blackmane's Magic & Potion Shop is unable to offer potion ingredients, magical texts wands or magic items of any kind to the general "mortal" community. Such things would be far too dangerous in the wrong hands. However, we are able to sell a wide variety of "non-magic" items.
