Welcome to the Brave Butterfly, The Color Journey Suicide Awareness Project I’m Deborah Berry, founder of the Brave Butterfly Project — a sacred initiative born from personal tragedy and spiritual transformation. Nearly 40 years ago, I lost my son. I know the silence, the questions, and the aching loneliness that comes after losing a child. In 2022, I began a creative healing journey with Lilly, my friend’s daughter, to explore inner strength and beauty. When she passed, yellow butterflies began to appear. I knew then this project had a deeper purpose. Now, Brave Butterfly is a mission in her honor — and for every child lost to suicide. 💛 We offer healing journals, support kits, and inspired designs to bring comfort, meaning, and hope to parents navigating grief. Every item supports awareness, remembrance, and emotional healing. Proceeds fund tools and programs to guide families from sorrow to synergy. World Suicide Prevention Day, September 10th, holds special meaning — it closely aligns with my birthday. Each year, we recommit to creating a space for courage, connection, and remembrance. Every butterfly has a purpose. Every tiger stripe is earned. You are not alone.
