I began learning to photograph at age 12 and developed gelatin silver prints in my basement darkroom. An advocate for the environment, I create photographic art that captures nature's beauty and evokes a sense of calm. Astronomy was a childhood passion and I often use the night sky as a backdrop to elicit contemplation of our place in the universe.
