Byzantia

in 1992 as a divorced mom of one son with few prospects, no money, a little talent and an air of desperation I started Byzantia®. Making jewelry and objects out of gold, silver, pearls precious and semi precious stones. I later launched into the world of design and fabrication thinking that I might be able to pay a few bills. Since that inspired thought, I have not only made jewelry, I have branched out into accessories, clothing, hair ornaments and writing. Who knew that 25 years later I'd still be making stuff. Grateful to still be thinking up new ideas, trying new platforms and trying to keep up with ever evolving technology. It's a big, wide, wonderful world. So happy to be designing.
