Celtic art and mysticism have existed for many hundreds of years, and I see it in the present, not as a piece of history. The living Celtic spirit is not something static and unchanging, it is vibrant, curious, aware and delighted in new mediums, new ideas, new creative toys and crazy colors, and naturally incorporates them into the patterns and mysticism of Celtic art. There is a timelessness to the endless knot and it is found in the symbols from cultures all around the world and having images of it around me reminds me of the interconnectedness of all things. I create other art to please others - this is what I create to please myself.
