Color yourself healthy

I love to inspire, encourage, and generally just help people. I myself have struggled with Mental Health for years, and what gets me through is Journaling, Positive Affirmations, Meditation, Self-Love, and Care. I love those inspirational quotes you find on Pinterest and other platforms. So, I thought, why not combine that with Coloring, as coloring is a form of meditation and therapy? Let's color our Wall art with our favorite quotes, then hang it where we see it every day as a reminder to ourselves. Why not design Stickers with those same quotes on them as stickers for our journals, vision boards, and such? Why not.....
