Two things to know about me: yoga and meditation have changed my life and I love to make art of all kinds. Lately, I'm on mandala drawing kick -- both on paper, painting and electronically. I find it easily becomes an extension of my yoga and meditation practice. Paying attention to small details, noticing the rhythm of the strokes to create symmetry, letting go of expectations and being curious about where each drawing will take me... it's all part of the practice!
