eGO was founded on July 1st, 2006 by JohnT and Artimus with just a website and a single Day of Defeat Source Avalanche server. Soon after, Slayr357, Kendle, Kamakize Tommy, Rashell, and Dominion joined on, creating the first eGO Council.
