Why rhinos? To be honest it was random. I needed something to unite a very diverse portfolio in art college so I picked a theme. I like animals. Why not rhinos? Rhinos are exotic, plus they can be represented in so many ways: funny, dominant, endangered, wild, cartooned... and they have great shapes. From head-on to broadside, from soft and round to poky and angular - rhinos are great subjects to draw.
