Exploregonian

Packed up and moved from Syracuse, New York to Redmond, Oregon mid-life not too long ago. In stark contrast to Central New York's humid summers and lake-effect snow covered winters, Central Oregon is beautiful country in the shadow of the Cascade Mountain range and a whole new world socially, culturally, politically, geographically and in too many other ways to mention. Although we may return again to the East Coast, I would never trade this experience in for the world. My goal with ExplOREGONian is to share some of my visions of the beauty and experiences of Oregon with all who are interested. I hope they impart that fresh first view excitement I feel every time I explore somewhere new!
