Flor is an artist, actress and art therapist. Her interest is in Sacred Geometry and the relationship between people, theatre and art, how each discipline can be nurtured from each other and the space that allows this. She likes her work to be open and malleable, to explore the freedom of form and colour to create movement and interaction. Flor is particularly interested in how she could use art as a mindful and nourishing medium to tell stories, grow and include others in the process.
