Gardenhoe Designs

Gardenhoe Designs started few years ago when I realized that while my office was afforded November 11th as a paid holiday, no one recognized or celebrated it as Veteran's Day. I knew of a few veterans at work and thought it would be nice to recognize these individuals and the other veterans I knew. It was then I printed small posters and placed them around the office and found Zazzle to create my own personalized Veteran's Day greeting cards. Cubicles were decorated and I hoped I helped others to remember and honor our veterans. From that point forward, I created new Veteran's Day cards each year and continued to grow my list of veterans, VFW and American Legion Posts who I would mail these cards to, creating what I referred to as my "11/11 Project". With friends, we began participating in the local Veteran's Day parade and passed out cards to veterans along the parade route. My list grows each year and we are HONORED to perform this little service to let our veterans know they we remember and recognize their great service to our country. My Veteran's Day cards are available for sale to those who also wish to remember our veterans. In the future I hope to add greeting cards for other events and holidays, but Gardenhoe Designs was created from a deep love of country and in recognition of those who have served. God Bless America!
