Glodina was born in Athlone, Cape Town in South Africa. Her love for art was prevalent even as a child as she spent hours sketching dresses or copying the art pieces of the pack of horses and a ship anchored in Hout Bay hanging in her grandma's house. However, being somewhat of a nerd she soon found her love for science and maths overshadow the arts. In high school arts became a form of escape and she started doing acrylic painting with florals and figurines showing themselves to be the preferred subject matter.
