I’m an amateur photographer, I’ve been interested in it since around 2010. I was shooting with a Kodak Easyshare C195 for 3 years, it was a gift and the first camera that was actually mine. Christmas of 2013 I received a Nikon J1. It’s not “professional”, but it seemed like a fantastic step up from my Kodak and so far I haven’t been disappointed in the slightest. [8.31.14] I acquired my first DSLR. I am now going to be shooting with the Nikon D3200 as well as the J1. I am rediculously excited to see how my photos grow.
