概要
I've gone by so many names over the years, but never has a name been so fitting before like HalflinGraphix.
HalflinGraphix - noun. 1. A unique blend of creativity and structure that makes up the newest trend in design; 2. the definition of -MG- (Owner/Designer)
What I am has helped me to become who I am - a true halfling:
1. Half Puerto Rican & half Greenlandic by heritage: my father is of Puerto Rican decent, while my mother is literally from Greenland. The blending of such polar cultures has opened my eyes to worlds unknown to most people and helps me to easily think outside the box.
2. Half Danish & half American by origin: I was born in Copenhagen, Denmark then raised on Long Island, New York. Knowing that I was such a worldly traveler before my first birthday makes me feel ambitious...like i can do anything and nothing can hold me down! Who says I can't recreate the Mona Lisa in fingerpaints?!
3. Half gay & half straight by pride: embracing my sexuality instead of being ashamed of it has given me an overwhelming sense of empowerment. I no longer allow labels to hold me back, but instead use them to launch me to the next level.
4. Half creative & half structured by technique: having learned the "rules," I am now able to break them into a million little pieces! My use of typography turns letters & numbers into shapes & images while my color palettes help to bring peace to chaos.
