First of all, I truly believe that art - in all its manifestations, whether writing, painting, film, etc - makes the world better. It helps us to connect with each other and enhances our lives in ways we don't even realise. I genuinely believe it fulfils an essential role that if lost, would be devastating to our quality of life. What creature better symbolises the huge necessity that we don't always appreciate better than a bee? I love bees. Their endless work creates beauty and gives life, as all artists strive to do.
