A curiosity (Brown Honorary Street Signs) became a hobby (writing biographies and plotting maps) which became a book series (Honorary Chicago), which led to tours (Honorary Chicago Tours) and our logo and tour flag (I Love Love Love Love Chicago). The tour flag, based on the Chicago Flag but with hearts instead of stars, symbolizes the things we love about Chicago and how the book and tours came to be. The Honorary Chicago Tour Flag became so popular I started selling it on tours, online, and in boutiques in Chicago along with the books. The designs have become the Hearts and Stripes Forever collection with a growing number of design variations and the specialized Chicago tours they represent.
