iLead 21 is a student leadership movement that helps kids learn how to be CITIZENS in their schools and communities, not TOURISTS. iLead 21 is a progressive leadership development program, in which students apply for and secure an iLead job. Working collaboratively and even virtually, iLeaders complete tasks that enhance their leadership skills and maximize their personal interests and strengths. Schools, Boys and Girls Clubs, YMCAs, and other student-focused groups will benefit from integrating iLead 21 into their programmatic days. iLead 21 helps kids develop strong inter and intra personal skills that will prepare them for the integrated global community of tomorrow.
