www.JasonStreetArt.com I'm an artist that paints with the idea of greeting cards in mind. I've been selling these covers for awhile now and I'm excited to join Zazzle to broaden my audience. Hello everyone and thank you for visiting during my early introduction to the world of art. My spirit feels alive when I’m creative. It may be why I’ve spent my life doing things that require creativity—music, theater, hair dressing, and of course, painting. You might be surprised to know that I just passed my second year of learning how to paint. Being creative with a pencil or crayon was something I excelled at in elementary school, and received accolades, but it wasn’t something I had the opportunity to take seriously until recently. I was born and raised in southern Michigan and graduated with just thirty-two in my senior class of 2002. I moved to Southern California in 2004 and currently live in South Los Angeles County. I’m happily married with two cats, Meowsie and Maya, and a Betta fish. When I’m not painting or gobbling down a corn dog at Disney, I love to take pictures at the local duck parks. I love to be in nature. That’s something my late Grandpa Earl loved to do as well. He was the ultimate bird man. He also loved to dabble in oils and watercolors. I wish he were alive today to see my paintings. I know he’s proud of me somewhere. So, that’s a bit about the artist behind the art. Again, thank you for your support and I look forward to expanding my portfolio. My hope for the future is to start designing my own box set of cards.
