Philosophy: True beauty is something that penetrates deeper than the surface. It resonates within us harmoniously like a deep lifelong belief we always knew but never had words for until that moment. It comes in many forms: Mathematics, the way the light flows down an old city street on an Autumn afternoon, children playing, the eyes of someone we love, music that moves us, and many, many other forms. In each of these, and in all forms of beauty, the universal is reflected in the singular, and the singular provides us with the details, clarifying and giving us comprehension of the global. In all of my art, I pursue this vision and hope to share it with you.
