I’m from a small town in South Texas. When my teachers told my mother that I spent most of my time drawing and not paying attention in class, she decided to register me for after school art classes at a local artist’s home. I went there on Wednesdays with some of my friends. Art classes were a social event and became my escape and opportunity of self-expression. I’ve taken countless classes since then and have accumulated several hours in art at different universities, private classes in Nashville, TN and Houston., I am currently a member of the Art League Houston. I love family and food. I love cooking and enjoy baking.. especially cookies.
