I have always found two things to be true. The first is that life moves very quickly and we get caught up in the race. The second is that you can regain your balance by spending time in nature. Take time often to find your balance and contemplate what is really important. Make and spend time walking in the woods, on the beach, in the park or wherever it is that recharges your spirit.
