Possumwood Acres Wildlife Sanctuary rescues, rehabilitates, and releases sick, injured, and orphaned native wildlife. When you purchase items from this store you help raise money to provide appropriate care to a wide variety of sick and injured birds and mammals. As a 501(3)(c) nonprofit, Possumwood Acres also provides a diverse portfolio of human services to our community. The Sanctuary's Programs include ecotherapy services for literacy programs; vocational skill building for young adults on the autism spectrum; raptor based therapy for veterans suffering PTSD and TBI; and internship programs for college students studying a variety of topics within Earth Sciences.
