While in college, when trying to describe what I wanted my practice to do, I realized I wanted it to be like a collection of Aha Moments that didn't just woke you up, bit Made you feel you were going to be alright, not because of positive thinking, but because know you remember you can really make it happen and got the drive to start So... Again, why K'mint? Because, you know? Just like having a good Mint Coffee at 9am: more than a wake up sip, more than a comfort sip. It's all going to be ok + aha moment So K'mint!
